I have searched quite a bit from other forums and on this one, but everything I seem to try results in my system reading an "Invalid media" error.
My console number is SCPH-79001, I have ESR, Free MC Boot, and DVD-R's, and CD-R's. I used MagicISO, DVD Decryptor, and patched it with the ESR patcher.
My question is: Will a CD-R work, and if it does, what am I doing wrong?
The game I'm trying to boot is RAD: Robot Alchemical Drive, if it makes a difference, and I'm burning it to a CD-R.
Try imgburn 2.4.2.0 (i think thats the latest version) its made by the same guy who did dvddecrypter and its just basically an updated version of it. And im not entirely sure but i think you can burn them up to abt 6x but dont burn at 2x or below. Personally id try abt 4x. hope this helps
Thanks, but I managed to get them to work. I downloaded Nero and burned them at 4x, and they work... So long as they're on a DVD. It's painful putting a 400 megabyte file on a 4 gig DVD, so is it possible to boot a CD-R?
