HOW to convert .avi with 2 channel audio to dvd with 5.1 audio

I am having many .AVI movies which are 2 channel audio encoded.

Can i convert them to dvd with 5.1 audio.

Please help me if any body has the solution to this problem.

i had used winavi 9.0 but it didd not work,

Also i used Xilisoft video converter it creates the file .VOB but when i am trying to burn thses file Nero gives me error about compatibility .

Please can any one provide solution to this problem

Nero Vision (the Ultimate Editions) do 5.1 as does the latest version of ConvertXtoDVD.
