This is a project for school, and has only four easy questions, so I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could take this quick survey about multitouch technology.
Life is but a dream; you dont feel any pain unless you want to or you fall off the bed. Success is relative; the more success the more relatives.
A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kickboxing. To be or not to be; thats a dumb question.

No one's answering? I know that this may come off as a scam for spam, so I'll just ask the questions here. Please note that "professional" answers are not needed; I just need the opinion of the common population who use computers! Thanks a lot!!!!

I would expect multitouch tablet pc's to start around $1200...and lower-powered "desktop" units for around $800.
The main problem I see is that there is very little use in todays apps for multiple touch points, even if they work perfectly with no patches. Only programs that need lots of screen real-estate, lots of mouse use, and almost no keyboard use would have any good use for it. CAD houses may find a lot of good use for this, but I don't know how much the average user will use it.
Oh, and the on-screen-keyboards on tablet PC's will allow you to press multiple keys at once (some already do, but this should standardize it); very important on windows where CTRL+ALT+DEL is your lifeline.
