hi, been using forum for a while but just registered.
thanks to everyone for some great reads and advice.
im just wondering what the latest firmware for the pvr is, ive got E_Ver 4.506, 15 Oct 2007 installed. Is there any chance that this is a clone and how can i tell? I have had a look around on here but i cant seem to find this out.

Don't know of any cloned The Box PVRs. If you go to the very first post on this topic you will find a link to the latest firmware.
