Hi everyone;
This is not the first time this has happened to me but now its pissing me off. This problem usually takes months to happen but I did a fresh XP install 3 days ago and its already happened and I want to know how to fix it.
I like my MY COMPUTER icons to be in the TILE View.
What happens is the icons are no longer separated my Device Type they are all just grouped together like you have it in Icon View but they are a little larger.
Is there something in the Registry or something else I have to alter that will allow me to get the true ICON View back?
Thank
Phil

I'm sorry, but I am having a hard time visualizing what your problem is.

"I like my MY COMPUTER icons to be in the TILE View."

Where? On the desktop, in Windows Explorer?

In Windows Explorer...
Double Click your "My Computer" Icon and all the drives are separated by type...
eXP seems to Error out and make the tiles more like icons...

Well, you have me stuck because when I set View --> tiles it changed it to exactly what you have described below as "It looks like this normally".
