Flashing Matrix with Evox

my friend wants to flash his Matrix chip with evox without removing it from his Xbox. I know that the Evox as a Flash BIOS option, but it doesnt do anything. How do I get it to work?
In the config file it says ID_Flash_BIOS but I do not know what that does? Can sometone help me? Ide like to flash without pulling the chip out.

you have to ftp the bios into the c:\bios folder.
