Kuju Entertainment had an amazing survival/horror game in development for the PS3 called Redwood Falls. Unfortunately, the game was cancelled last year, but it showed a lot of promise.

It was so good that people actually mistook footage from the game for the upcoming Xbox 360 title Alan Wake.

Sony should definitely revive this project, because the PS3 could use a good exclusive horror title.
