My utorrent is acting like its from microsoft, worked fine for a while and now just doesnt work. I am trying to dl a couple of games, and it wont connect to any seeds/peers and the DHT just says waiting for announce all the time. And it worked fine yesterday so idk what could have gone wrong.

There could be no one seeding it or the torrent file is gone. Try downloading the same game for a different torrent site (ie. download a different torrent) and see if that works. Make sure utorrent it up to date too.
