I keep getting the Disk Read Error when playing Skate 2, that seems to be the only game it does it for, and i can't play the game for more then 5 minutes without getting this message. i was thinking about flashing the drive i have in there, it is the original one that came with the xbox, but i wanted to know if that would work or if I had to buy a new drive for it, what exactly the process would be for that?

have you tried installing the game to the xbox hd ?

No i thought about that but I figured if it was doing it to one game that it might start doing it to others so i thought about flashing the drive or replacing it so it wouldn't start to shit the bed
