Okay i have ofw 5.03,im made a pandora battery and magic memory stick,Now do i put 4.01m33 custom firmware in memory stick or do i put official or what? As you can tell i have just started all of this

first take out your battery, put in the magic memory stick then hold the L trigger and put in your pandora battery, you should get to a menu to install the custom firmware now if you psp is able to be modded and you made the memory stick and battery correctly

1. Remove AC adpator
2. Remove normal battery
3. insert MMS
4. HOLD left shoulder button
5. insert Pandora while still holding the L button
6. wait a few seconds

If nothing happens, then you have an unhackable motherboar (TA088v3)

so I dont need to downlaod the custom firmware? and i found out that my psp isnt ta-motherboard so im safe.by the way i made memory stick by qj.net total newbie installer.To make pandora battery you just scratch off some metal from pin 5 or do you lift the pin up?

One more question is 4.0 custom firmware automaticlly on the pandora menu or do i have to put the 4.02cfw by myself??? And also do I need to put it on or is the downgrade already up there???

try using http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1543 to make the magic memory stick then
you neeed the official eboot.pbp of the firmware you want to install, i have them in my signature, and you install despertar cementerio with pandora deluxe anf pick wick button you have to hold in step 4. usualy L trigger.

if its not working for you after that then you have a newer slim psp that can not be modded
