well why dont you finish flashing the drive? just check the dumped FW with firmware tool box to ensure it dumped a legit FW (make sure its not FFFFFFFFFFFF or 77777777777) if it is, open up the back up FW folder, and copy the key and paste it to the original key. reboot and run the fben command and it will finish flashing it.

if you want to restore it to original then run the rben command.

if you didnt know much about the programs, then you should have read more tutorials and watched a few videos up on youtube, or other hacking sites to ensure you know whats going on. but it should only write up to and including bank 3. but just in case you dont know what to do to flash a benq, heres what i do.

step 1: put USB stick into USB slot
2: open up iPrep
3: load firmware definition (1.4.1)
4: select drive letter from drop down box
5: hit make bootable
6: shut down computer
7: deassemble 360 and hook the dvd drive up to the PCI card
8: turn computer on, boot off the USB stick
9: follow command prompts (it will put the orig.bin on the USB stick after you run the dben 1234567 12345 command.)
10: shut down 360 and computer and restart into windows
11: open up Firmware toolbox and make sure the FW it dumped is a legit one. if so move on, if not do as i said before to copy and paste a legit key in it.
12: restart computer and boot off the USB drive.
13: follow command promts and run the fben 1234567 12345 command to erase/flash the drive with the 'hacked' firmware.
14: shut down 360 and computer
15: put a burnt game in it to make sure it plays.
16: if it plays, put 360 back together
17: if it doesnt play games, see if it will play original games then restart computer off the USB drive, hook 360 back up and run the rben 1234567 12345 command to restore it to original shape. and start over.
