[I know this is not home theature, but there is no "Car Audio" area on Afterdawn]

I want a new head unit for my car (the part that accepts the CD/DVD/etc...) but I have not been able to find anything that does everything I want.

Here is the "Must Have" list:
-5.1 Audio support (converts 2ch to 5.1, also plays AC3 & dolby mp3)
-DVD-R/DVD+R Support (do not want video screen, just need the 8.5GB capacity)
-USB port for flash drive
-FLAC support, AC3 Support, Dolby MP3 support
-Fits DIN size hole
-Display on front of unit (many DVD units only have a display on the video screen)

I have found a few that meet the first three requirements, but none of these play flac or dolby mp3.

...Does anyone make such a head unit?
