Hi I'm new could someone please help me? I've just bought a eurovox ex1000sl and am not resieving ANY channels. I've performed all the searches and they all seem to get stuck at around %8 quality. Has this happend to anybody else? please help. I live in Cardiff UK and ex N*L. Thankyou in advance.

Have you flashed your box yet? press menu, config, system info and tell us what it says in there.

What symbol rate did you use when scanning.

Do you have a live feed, Does your contract subbed box work ok.

Have you plugged your feed into the RF input and not the ANT input at the back of the box.
