ok, i followed the guide i found on afterdawn about cwcheat
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/664513
and i cannot get it to work at all
my firmware is 3.71 m33-2. where the guide says to copy the contents of the install folder into the psp root folder i did that then i shut down the psp,restart it while holding down the right trigger to go into service mode. but nothing showes up that i installed. im verry confused. please someone help me thanx verry verry much

you may have copied the files int the wrong place, in any case you should have a few files called cwcheat.prx and cwcheatpops.prx and they are suppose to be in root:/SEPLUGINS/cwcheat/
in seplugins are a few text files
add "ms0:/SEPLUGINS/cwcheat/cwcheat.prx" to game.txt remove the "s
add "ms0:/SEPLUGINS/cwcheat/cwcheatpops.prx" to pops.txt remove the "s
then enable them in the recovery menu

there it is but you need to learn how to install plugins to your psp
its a simple as having the whatever .prx and then editing the game, pops or vsh.txt in seplugins folder, then enable them in the recovery menu under plugins.
read the guide a few more times and familiarize yourself with the seplugins folder so you can learn how to install it.
if you still can't do it after that then let me know what IM Service you use so i cn talk you through it.

ok i got cwheat installed, but when i hold down select like it says nothing comes up. am i still missing something? i enabled all 3 like i was supposed to.

hmm thats odd if you enabled and installed it right in game.txt it should work when holding select, unless maybe you have a version of cwcheat that doesn't work with the custom firmware you have, maybe updating to latest 5.00 m33-6 will fix the problem

i downloaded the 5.00 m33-6 cfw update but i cannot install it because it askes if i want to go online for some kinda update and i dont have my wireless router setup to go online with my psp

you need to download the official firmware 500.pbp and put it in root:/psp/game/update the link is in my signature

i got the update from youre link and it still says cant update. so im going to go to krystal and see if i can do the update with there wifi,,,ok i got the update installed and cwcheat works great. now i need to know how to update the cheat list
