Dreamcast Game Burning Problem, Anyone Know?

I know how to burn dreamcast games to a CD-R and I know what kinds of programs to use such as Discjuggler, Alcohol 120, or Nero; But I've noticed that sometimes whenever I burn a dreamcast game perfectly to a CD-R and then play the game, it works fine except for one problem...When the game loads up, the entire picture of the game keeps moving up and down skipping like crazy. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If you kind of picture it in your head then you'll know what I mean. Could it just be the game itself doing that? Or do I need to download a different game? Thanks!
