Vuze locked my account HELP!!

I'm having some trouble here and hoping someone can help me out. I was recently locked out of my Vuze account for a something that was a complete accident. I wont get into it but needless to say they are not allowing me to have my account back. I tried making a new account but I get an error message saying "there is already a vuze account registered to this computer" or something to that effect. Is there anyway I can completely wipe vuze off my pc and create a new account? I'm running windows vista if that helps.
