Sorry if I'm on the wrong board, but I have a question I need help with. I can rip the dvd and go through all the steps fine, but when I go to the TMPGEnc steps and try to add the file to the "encode to final vcd or svcd I get a message that says "File --- could not be opened or is not supported". Could someone please tell me. What is wrong? Thank you.

roflmao, sorry....if you're trying to open dvd VOB files with TMPGE, it can't be done...try using DVD2SVCD for processing to SVCD or VCD...also, read the tutorial on it..it can get a bit complicated... go to www.doom9.org and click on guides..you'll find it. process takes several hours, but its great. mike
