Hey everyone! I just found out about this website and I thought I'd give it a try. So the band is called The Plague Within. We are a Progressive Metalcore band that's highly influenced by Parkway Drive and Misery Signals along with some other metalcore and deathcore bands. We're looking for members between the ages of 16 - 20. All other members are 17.
The Drummer needs double bass or a double bass pedal and be able to use it very well. We also wrote our music with a lot of china cymbals, splashes and just other basic cymbals (I'm a guitarist, not a drummer so I don't know these things very well.)
Not looking for anything specific with the bassist, just needs experience.
The Vocalist needs to be able to scream (DUH!) and if possible (but not necessary) should be able to sing. We are looking for someone who can scream not too high but not too low. (maybe at a Parkway Drive level or old Misery Signals level).
Please, San Diego, California people only! Please reply!
