After using the Totalnewbie Easyinstaller, you end up with 3.71 m33, then you upgrade to 5.0 m33 by downloading the cfw, and put the UPDATE folder into /PSP/GAME, start your psp and run the update (you'll need the ofw for this, the installation will ask you if it should get it itself though. You need internet on it for that.)
After that one is installed you can get 5.0 m33-6 the same way you got 5.0 m33.
It worked fine with my slim.

Yes i know you've got a pandora, and i'm not telling you how to make a pandora, i'm telling you how to make a magic memory stick...
Totalnewbie installer creates a magic memory stick, not a pandora.
When the installer is finished creating a mms, you insert the pandora to your psp. And hit "x" then lights will blink on the psp. And it wil eventually shut down.
Now in order for you to be able to get cfw on your psp, you need one that is able to be hacked. Certain psp's can't be hacked. Such as the psp 3000, and some that comes with the firmware 4 or 4.1 and up.

1. remove normal battery
2. remove AC adapter
3. insert Magic Memory Stick
4. HOLD the left shoulder button
5. while still holding the L button, insert Pandora
6. follow on-screen instructions.

if you used the easyinstaller, and the green light turns on when you insert the pandora. You hit "x" if it works, light on the left will start blinking. And it will eventually turn off, by then you'll have cfw on your psp. If it doesn't work you might have an unhackable psp.

i guess the easiest way to figure that out is to try to hack it.
While it's said that any psp 2000 that comes with the firmware 4 or 4.1 and up can't be hacked. At least yet.
