Hi, I have the super box and I was flicking around and in haste pressed a button which brought up an info screen, to get it off I turned off the bix with remote control. When I turned it back on most of the channels have gone. I still have RTE1, Channel 6, Virgin and The Buzz channel! I have resent it from the back and re entered the codes however still not working. Does anyone know if perhaps I have just pressed a button that has changed a setting? What are my options to try to get it working again?

have you not flashed the box with the latest software?

You should just rescan for the channels but the last guy hit it on the head why are you still putting in codes you should reflash the box and then scan then no more codes needed all the info is on here as is the files you need all you will need is a null modem cable about £10 from maplin

unless u did a factory reset 0000 to delete,channels might be still there and emu might be off,menu1570 emu to on,always a good idea to update firmware on any box.

I am having the same problem I have had the box flashed and it started saying codes updating now i only have a few channels. I tried manually putting in codes to see if that helped it didn't.

I rescanned for all channels and still the same only about 6 came in any ideas on what might be wrong
