Try this guide Here

Start where it says "Installation for an OE/M33 firmware"

If you already have a custom firmware (or the 1.50 OFW) but want to have the latest stuff, then you can use Hellcats Recovery Flasher.

# Download, unpack the Recovery Flasher.

!! If you have a 1.50 PSP, then copy the 2 folders inside the "1.50" folder to x:/PSP/GAME on your PSP. Also copy the Recovery folder to PSP/GAME.

# Copy the RECOVERY folder from the archive to /PSP/GAME/ on your
memory stick, so that you get a /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/ folder containing the applications' EBOOT on your stick.

# Now copy 500.PBP (the official 5.00 FW renamed)into the root of your Memory Stick.

# After launching Recovery Flasher, either from the recovery menu or via the XMB you'll eventually get into the mainmenu.

!! If you came from OFW 1.50, make sure you start the "For FW 1.50 only" version. Then select Install M33 CFW

# Select the option FLASH NEW 5.00M33 and press X.

# After a few minutes we have a PSP with CFW 5.00M33-3! Yihaa!

!! On lower CFWs (early OEs, mostly) you may get warnings during 3.71 installation regaring assignments of flash1:
This is normal under these FW versions, no need to worry.
The program will disable formatting flash1 in that case, so everything should be fine.
