Xbox360 modded firmware and Xbox Live question

If I have the 360 Blaster installed and flashed the modded firmware to play backups, can I flash the firmware back to the original and go on Live to play an original game? Will I still get banned?

Yes you can do that but in my personal opinion its not worth it at all, becuase you can still access xbox live with a flashed 360 all you need to do is stay ahead of the game with firmwares and stuff, dont go on xbox live when an update is being released (check the internet regullary) and only burn games that have been stealth patched, if you do this you should still be able the access xbox live, but theres always that small possibility you will get banned,

Thanks for the info. I'm not going to risk it by playing backups on live, if I want to play a multiplayer game it'll be with the original disc. I'm just afraid even when playing with original disc they will detect the modded firmware thus banning me.
