i searched the internet for help with 80020148 error. but i didn't find anything. i just want to run homebrews that's all. some of them runs normal and some shows me that error so if some one can plz help

You may need to enable noumd mode in your recovery menu. hold R trigger when you turn on your PSP. Then go to configuration -> UMD Mode..

i tried all umd modes and 150 and 500 kernels but it didn't help:(

make sure to upgrade to the latest custom firmware 5.00 m33-6 and try LEDA to run your older homebrew since some work and some don't chances are they are made for older firmwares
