i was burning an avi dvd i have(21 is its name) it was into the burnin stage and an error came up saying logical block adress out of range or something so the burn terminated??? what is it and what shud i do?

it isnt up anymore.. any chance to get it back? when ever i try burn it doesnt get past writing sectors
