With my computer and the 4 different programs I have, it is easy to make copies of DVD-R that I originally recorded. But if the DVD source is DVD+R, the only successful computer copy is on another DVD+R. Trying to use a source DVD+R and make a DVD-R copy on the computer has never been successful for me. I have Nero Smart Start, DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink 3.2 and DVD Fab 5. Since the source disc is region and protection-free, I suppose, I could play it (DVD+R) on one player and record onto another (DVD-R) in real time for a copy. Anyone know a computer method to go from DVD+R to DVD-R?

DVD Decrypter should work fine. With the disc you want to copy use Mode-> ISO-> Read. When done pop in your blank, Mode-> ISO-> Write and point it to your newly created ISO.
I tried the DVD Decrypter as suggested before posting here. It ruined two DVD-R discs. But I did choose the .mds file as Decrypt prefers. Perhaps I should have chosen .iso. As suggested by the first response, the Img Burn worked fine for me. Thanks for the help.
