Hey guys,

I recently installed Tversity on my pc to stream to my xbox b/x media center wouldnt work. But i can not stream the mkv files to my xbox. Anybody have a solution to this?

Did you install the program that automatically converts the video while streaming if they are not supported by the xbox. The link is in the Tversity tutorial on this forum under the ultimate sticky. You will also need a very fast internet connection because HD movies are big and since you want quality you will have to up the speed.

converting hd on the fly requires some serious horsepower on the computer end. i have a fairly high powered computer and find hd transcodes interrupting my playback with frequent buffering. not recommended for your hd playback.

im having a problem with mp4 streaming. is 60 fps and 1280x720 h.264H@L3.2/aacLC too much for 360 to handle?

I have a good pc, but I just cant even get it to start, so before i know if my pc can handle it, I have to get it to work 1st.

its in the tversity settings. under transcoding. and you can set which codec to use and resolution as well as quality.
