Ok so i went to resume my capmaign in cod5. After it is done loading it takes me back to the main menu and says saved game saved with different script files. ANybody know how to fix this or why its doing this?

That's a new one. Haven't heard of it before. Have you tried asking over in the official Treyarch CoD WW forums?
