xecuter 3 ce flashing help

my xecuter 3 ce modchip is installed and bots to flash bios 3.0.3 flash protection is off on the chip and the bank select but everytime i try to flash evox to bank 1 on on on on off it says unknown flash halting. please help

HOW are you trying to flash??.. hdd file.. (not likely) network or from a home made bios disk?

some chips have the on chip switch wired in the wrong sense too.. seems more common with the later ones.
