The electronics giant Samsung has delayed its Android-based mobile phone until later this year, choosing to debut the gadget's specs at the Mobile World Congress 2009. this article is a bit confusing..up untill now i didnt even know samsung was workin on an android based phone..and i still dont understand from the article when will we get specs..though all this may be due to the fact im drunk atm so bear with me lol
