PSP UMD Won't Start! Help!

I own Patapon and the Simpson's Game and when ever I put them into my psp 2001 and start either one there is the whiring sound and then it stops and goes to a blank screen. Also when I backed up my Patapon game legally on my memory stick and when I go to start the game I get an error"Game Could Not Be Started, Error 8002009D"(or some code like that). I have tried cleaning the umd case and the umd disc itself but it's not working. My other UMDs and my backed up game work. Its just the two. Running 5.00m33-6.

1st: Backup your games
2nd: put on ur psp
3rd:when psp is fully on press select
4th change iso mode from normal to m33 driver or sony
5th ur done just go to ur memory stick and start playong ur backed up game

hmm if u play backed up games...
try going into the recovery menu>configuration>UMD Mode and set it to normal
Hope it works, it worked for me

I figured it out. One of my plugins [the one that plays a screensaver after a certain amount of time] caused the problem. It was a game plugin so I disabled it and my psp game works.
