cpu is working too hard to keep cool. make sure your thermal paste is good and even, not too much, not too little. also make sure your heatsink isnt sideways. tightening the screws might help too.
ya you could give them a little oil 3 in 1 electric oil but when my first 360 was toasted when i recieved it back i stenciled out the superman sign on case and cut it out didnt put plexiglass left it opened bought core cooler and a set of fans with the led screen that adjusts the fan speeds. this thing never get hotter than 35 -37 degrees celcious and the air out the back is luke warm at best keep it cool is the key to this machine. I made a thundercat case 2that came out nice also sold it on ebay but those are my suggestions.
