messed up colours in videos

hi
recently, when i try to play any movies or use a camera in skype, every video colours are converted to green and violet, though in youtube the colours work perfectly fine. i tried and re-installed the k-lite codecs but it didn't change a thing, how should i fix this? (if it matters, i've got windows vista)
