hello i have bought call of duty world at war, when i inserted it for the first time, a message appeared telling me to install some latest update version of the ps3, and i installed it. everything went to normal. is this caused by the game?,
or is it a time to time apperance?

Game developers will often set up patches for their games, especially for the online portion. That was likely just an update to fix some of the glitch issues. It should be a one-time thing... at least until the next update is released, IF it's released.
