hey i have a bit of a problem and im looking at resoring this heap of junk to factory setting if i cant get help with this right a little while back i installed service pack three from microsoft ( well der ) and its some how screwed up my dvd drive iv maneged to get it to read discs but i cant burn then i have tryed an external drive with no luck ( so its a hardwere issue and again well der ) and i have installed a new burning program and tat has not worked and when i try to burn all i get is something about my scsi so could you help me fix this befor i eather throw it at a hobo or have to sit there for days on end trying to resor it thank you
