I got mine delivered last week and so far quite frustrated and dissappointed with it. The only other box I've used is the starview 3 which makes me a no expert with the eurovox. I have flashed the box with latest file without problem.

1. I am having simular problems as per other threads here regarding scanning for channels. I have tried each of the three scan types and so far I have determined that I am missing 20 of the channels. Can anyone tell me why?

2. This unit does not have a programme info(i.e. a text box to tell you the story of the tv programme you are wathing). I am extremely upset about that. I can't believe it doesn't have one. Am I missing something here?

Can anyone give me some answers to these two problems?
