Has anyone completed Body Of Lies yet with DiCaprio and Crowe. I'm using ImgBurn and it's asking me to Create Layer Break Position. Exactly what is that?

Hi,
the layer break position is the transition point from the L 0 layer to the L 1 layer. There are optimum positions and not so.

No problems backing this one up, but I definitely agree with what ZoSo said as DVD Shrink gives it a 59.9% compression ratio.

I did it with just Shrink. However, it starts out fast, but gets slower and slower until it took over an hour.

Reference my previous, disregard. Turned out to be my computer. A reboot corrected it.

Agree. Dvd Rebuilder is certainly the way to go for this one. Got mine done. DvdFab > VobBlanker > Dvd Rebuilder > Imgburn. Came out real good.

Please help - have tried AnyDVD 6.5.2.2. and CloneDVD 2.9.2.0 - won't even read the disc in my drive.
Also - DVDFab5 could not read the disc.
DVDShrink did not work.
DVD Decryptor did not work.
Any suggestions? I am new at this and usually go the "simply" route - i.e. - pop the disc in, let AnyDVD do it's magic and then copy / write with Clone DVD.
Thanks!

You could try the new Beta for AnyDVD if you've already tried wiping/cleaning the disc or popping it out and putting it back in...

Like others in this thread I was able to rip this with the latest DVDFab as well as AnyDVD, no problems.
You can try cleaning the disk as suggested or could be that you have a bad disk that will need to be exchanged.
How about your DVD drive? Are you able to read any other disks? How old is it?

Thanks all, I think I have a bad disc. I have cleaned the disc and my drive - just before that I ripped 4 movies and 3 more after I tried to rip "Body of Lies" (all new release movies).
I have tried ejecting it and putting it in the drive about 15 times - - I usually don't give up but on this one I must - I am going to exchange it, it's obviously bad if it won't even play on my computer's media player.
Thanks again,
Lindsey

Bad disc is always a possibility. My DVD Rom has been acting up. I'll insert the disc, but AnyDVD won't kick in. Then I look at the drive and see the light still flashing and know I have to reseed the disc. Once I see AnyDVD kick in, I know things will work out just fine.
