Hi all,

Sorry for being so melodramatic but I am having having issues with watching movies on my PS3.

I have give up streaming because every movie I try to watch splutters like mad so I am finding the best way for me is to copy it on to the hard drive. So far so good. The problem I have is that I have some Blu Ray rips that I am trying to play. Some are as big as 17gig. I have used TSMuxer and simply added the large file. I have then on output put it on M2TS and changed the video level to 4.1. All done.
Now I have turned on my PS3 gone to the folder where the file is but my PS3 does not pick up the file. I am using Joe Basic Media player because I find if it does find a film and let you view, then you can also copy it. I am also using Java PS3 media server which I think is great and this picks up nearly all my movies including the converted one however if I try to copy it says its too large to copy so I am back to square one. Can anyone help or make any suggestions?

My wife loves my Afro so for the sake of my marriage, can you help me?

Is both the ps3 and computer hooked up to the routed using a wired connection?

The sputtering with the streaming is likely caused by the wireless buffer, I have the same problem myself so I have to turn down the streaming res so that the buffer can keep up. You're going to have to run a wired connection for that quality of video.
