PSP CFW & Clone DVD Mobile help needed

I have a PSP with CFW 3.71 M33 ( I think). I do not remember how to look up exactly what CFW I have....

Anyway, I also have Clone DVD Mobile.

I want to put some movies onto my PSP using Clone, but there are several options to pick from when using the Clone menu as what kind of PSP a person has;

PSP/AVC/H264 FW >=2.6
PSP MPEG4 FW<2.6
PSP MPEG4 FW>=2.6
PSP 480x272 (AVC/H264) FW > 3.3
PSP 720x480 (AVC/H264) FW > 3.3
PSP Patched (AVC/H264) ver > 3.03 OE-B


I have no idea which I should be using. And any help with how to get the movie onto the memory stick duo would be nice. I am just trying out the software to see if I like it.
