Download Speeds on my laptop?

hey i have been using BITTORRENT for a long time now and recently got a new laptop. on my pc my download speeds in the day are pretty slow but through the night they go very fast, but on my laptop (VISTA) i am downloading 2 files and they have MORE seeders than leechers but they are still downloading at like 1-5kb???? this is terrible and our of the 9000+ seeders im only connecting to like 4 or 5 what can i do please help

I only see 4 actual seeders,i've had a quick look at utorrent fact,but it does'nt say what the ones in brackets are.

In brackets are total in swarm reported by the tracker.. try turning your encryption on or off depending on how it is set now (I would never use that app.. macrovision are the enemy.. so I don't know how to do that)
