I am using SmartRipper 2.41 to rip DVD's. Recently, my .vobs are coming out screwed up like one will be in a different language, and another will have the directors comments, etc. Have I done something to the settings that is causing this to happen? I have used SmartRipper without any problem until recently.

Also, I am using DVD2One to compress the vobs to fit a 4.7 GB DVD-R. Could the vobs be getting screwed up there?

What do you have your setting on? Check your properties and see, Uncheck the language you don't and check the one you what. What code that you are saving in? Is it the code as to where you live? PAL(and SECAM) is used in most of the western European countries. NTSC Color TV standard developed in the U.S. in 1953 by National Television System Committee.

try using DVD Shrink 3.17beta5 its great just put your movie in the rom and at the top click open dvd then press back up go from there it does everything for you shrinks it then go right to a disk go online to DVD Shrink and it will show you how to copy a backup movie follow the instructions very simple wants you get the hang of it it took me awhile now i'm good at it good luck

just to add to this if you burn with Nero backing up a dvd if they are in the right order you get the sign of a musical note if that aint theres thers summat up
