purchased an xbox about a week ago.

first impression wow! awesome.

much faster and better graphics than a ps2 (piece of sh*t 2),
no need for rip off memory cards, controller is better than i expected, and you can even have your own music in the games.

but i am noticing during gameplay that graphics are jittery as if the xbox can't keep up (bit like a pc when it can't handle the game, but not as bad). on vice city it's very minor but on buffy when fighting she jups into the air then it was like a half a second pause then carried on.

now am i being a bit too fussy or is this a problem?
has anyone else had the same problem?
also annoying as if it this is a clear fault then i loose my game saves also.

it's annoying, as i've only just bought it and i rang the shop up and they told me they would have to play it before they even considered exchanging for a new one (so much for my 28 day consumer rights).
so in other words if they don't think it's a problem then tough sh*t.
