I recently bought a 100 pack of Sony Inkjet Printable 16x DVD-R at Costco for $29.99(pretty good price). I noticed that the plastic outer-edge of the inside of the disc seems to show that it is off center. It is uneven as it goes around the inside. It's kind of hard to explain, so I included a picture of the center of the disc to see what you think.

On the Bottom their is more plastic than on the top...btw it is not the angle I took the picture at.




I was just wondering if they are ok...or if they will become off balance. I'm not sure if it is just me being paranoid.

I haven't encountered any sony inkjet printables.I've never seen them off center that much with ty/verbatim/and maxell inkjet printables.

Is it noticeable on the outer as well?

I'd take them back if possible.I don't know about the playback,but your print settings are going to be screwed.

You'd probably have to keep the every disc in the template at a certain spot,and change your print alignment settings and keep that same formula for the entire spindle..
