Ques for y'all:
Is there any way when U are burning a DVD of a season of a particular TV show to divide the dvd into actual episodes?

This is the first time I have downloaded a tv series and want to know the best and convenient way to burn it to a DVD.

Many thanks.

You can choose what video file in CloneDVD from slysoft.com -free 21 day trial. Load all the disc and select the shows you want from the discs.

Take the avi's that you want on the disc and add them to DVD Flick and create one VIDEO_TS folder or one ISO and burn it to your disc.

I usually use DvdFlick but was wondering, how much is too much for one dvd? I usually use episodes about 22 minutes, but sometimes closer to an hour.

Too much for one dvd is about 4450mb. Anything over that must be compressed to fit the disk.
