Which Sata card to get Benq

I was just wondering which one of these cards would be better to flash a benq drive.
I have had no luck on with my onboard sata, so i decided to get a card but am not sure which one if any will work.

first link will work, just make sure to use the sata port closest to the 'front' of your pc. the furthest right one in the picture.
