Hey guys I have a question. I recently bought a Kreon External Samsung SH-D162D DVD-ROM Drive to backup games to my computer but when i open up xbox backup creator it just loads like .01 percent at a time and only get to like 3% in 2 hours and same with Schtrom. I am just wondering if i am doing something wrong. Thank you

sounds like there might be something wrong with your dvd drive, Have you tried using another computer?

No just my laptop. I thought it might be the dvd drive to. maybe ill wait to try it on another computer then email the guy and tell him its broken if it doesnt work.

are you using it on a usb 2.0 port? might sound stupid but usb 1.1 goes really really slow.

never used that drive before, but on xbox backup creator, did you unlock the drive?

Yeah i unlock it and then press start and it just freezes and goes very very slow. then gets stuck around 3 percent
