Ok so ntl chorus have just left my house. What they did was replace my original booster with a UPC(white box). At the moment i cannot get any signal on my mmdds eurovox box. Should my by box work if they haven't messed around with my aerial?

It depends what the engineer did.
First the mmds aerial is not working without a power inserter.
I guess you got true cable now via a cable coming from the street into your house and the engineer cut off the cable to the aerial and collected the power inserter.

if new box is pace it is a dvb/c now,so that cable wont work,only old aerial with power inserter will work with old box dvb/t

Check which leg at the aerial splitter has power pass and connect your power supply via coax cable to that leg.
You need a power inserter (power supply) not a booster.

some of my friends has this problem,

1 lad moved into a new house, said there is no ariel, theres a white ch**us box on the wall and when he connects his starview it wont work. any1 have similar problems and solve it

jason did you have a tv package with them or not,have you any other connection with them such as phone or internet if you answer no to all of these then its likely you have no live feed from the white box.

sorry forgot to mention ,try removing the part they put on ,looks like a splitter then try a direct feed into the box.
