I don't know a lot of the tech lingo, so please keep that in mind. I just bought a brand new computer and had to reload all my software. my os is Vista and I want to use DVD Shrink. I use any dvd and have Kaspersky internet security. I have always used any dvd with shrink and it works great. I have never used Kaspersky and I like it, so I hope it doesnt create a conflict. Maybe I can just disable it when using shrink?? Anyway I havent even gotten to the issue of the easiest burn software to use, because I get stuck just trying to back up my movie. I am trying to copy the kids movie Cars, just to see if I can get it to work and vista tells me shrink is failing to respond when I get to the point of reauthoring and then hit backup? Can someone help me with this?
