i doubt it is legit your isp always know how you are using your internet because no matter what you still have to connect to the torrents. most people are found out when the torrent connects to one of theirs hosts giving them your ip address so they can search you out

27th december 2004 .. I have used i2p protocols.. yeah, fine.. there are about 50 users worldwide and nobody at all seeding anything.

i2p is a different internet.. you have NO access to the big sites and trackers, because to do that you need people prepared to open a "portal" to the ordinary net.. and that means they will have massive amounts of traffic through their "security hole" .. and they will get caught almost immediately.. because it's their ip that will show up across all the trackers, and their isp who will be on them for the massive bandwidth usage.

Would you offer up YOUR ip and bandwidth allocation to thousands of pirates?.. I doubt it.. because I wouldn't either.

Rickster0, get it while you can. 2008 was the year of the torrents. Although torrent traffic decreased during the year due to anti-p2p activities more persons used it more so the opportunities were better. I fear this year anti-P2P will start to win out. Countries banning P2P are not even news any more.

Mez, by the looks of the court case of the pirate bay they probably will win i just thought it was funny as hell when they mentioned that google provide the same service as them with their toolbar. But things probably will start getting worse especially for torrent users atm i don't downlaod as much as i used to when i et a warning from my isp i will probs stop but till then its ok for me. Personally i think its all bollocks right next to me i have a huge shelf of all the films i have bought and they were all originally downloaded to see if they were any good so mpaa can't really say its destroying their industry its all rubbish and systems of control and greed but then that will never change so its best to just get on with it lol
