PSX Multi Game Converting Problem *Please Help!!!*

Im using ImpalerPSX, I just downloaded Star Ocean Second Story (I have The Game) and it came in the form of this files:

- ccd
- img
- mds
- sub

There are 2 files per type for dscs 1 & 2, I used IMG Burn To convert the IMG. file into ISOs, then I used ImpalerPSX to Merge and convert theISOs into one EBOOT to b run on my CFW 3.71 M33-4. After The Conversion completes, ImpalerPSX freezes (not responding) ad after i close the program due to non-repnse, I check the Results folder to Fild a Star Ocean Foler W/EBOOT inside...But the EBOOT is only 65kb and it doesnt work...

Can anybody please tell me whay this is happening? Or how to successfully merge and convert this game for play on my 3.71 M33-4?
