So I've noticed that for some reason (and have done speed tests to back this up) that when I'm using Utorrent that even at low download speeds I'm getting 10mbps cut off my 16mbps service (most of my upload cut off as well) and getting huge ping rates as well (on local servers). I have all the ports I need open, everything is set up correctly according the to the stickied tutorials. So what could be wrong?
